Merry Prankster Games consists of me, Geoff Dunbar, and my wife Nancy Dunbar. We are no longer interested in running commercial PBM games (it's a lot of work!), though I remain interested in Atlantis and other PBM games.
The other person who deserves mention is Russell Wallace (rwallace@tcd.ie), the original creator of Atlantis. He is also responsible for the magic system in Atlantis 3.0, as well as much other design help. I actually don't know much more about Russell, except that he has designed and written a number of play by email games (Galaxy is another famous one), and he lives in Ireland.
